Optional return insurance is proposed pricing only (MXN $100 per card up to MXN $3,000 declared value, plus MXN $100 per additional MXN $2,000 or fraction). It is not active: no coverage is in place, no premium is charged, and it is not included in your total. VGS is not an insurer and does not guarantee claims. We record your interest and will share real coverage terms if and when a carrier or insurer arrangement exists.

1. Submit this form. 2. Receive your order number and private tracking link. 3. Pay online and wait until VGS authorizes shipment — only then does your tracking page show the receiving address. Do not ship before. 4. Arrange and pay your inbound shipment with any trusted courier of your choice, then enter the courier name, tracking number and (optionally) shipment date. 5. VGS confirms physical receipt and records arrival and package condition. 6. We evaluate, encapsulate and ship your cards back by FedEx, DHL or Estafeta.

Launch tariff: MXN $500 per card for declared value up to MXN $5,000, plus MXN $100 for each additional MXN $2,000 or fraction. Declared value over MXN $25,000 requires manual approval.

Return shipping: MXN $200 per 5 cards or fraction

Inbound shipping to VGS is arranged and paid entirely by you with any trusted courier you choose; VGS does not create, sell or purchase inbound labels. You are responsible for choosing the courier, adequate packaging and any optional insurance for that transit. Return shipping is arranged by VGS: MXN $200 per block of up to 5 cards (1–5 cards $200, 6–10 $400, 11–15 $600…), by tracked courier — FedEx, DHL or Estafeta, chosen by VGS by coverage and availability; VGS has no commercial partnership with these carriers. Grading uses the launch tariff. Insurance and taxes, if applicable, are not included and will be disclosed separately.

Packing: place each card in a sleeve and a rigid or semi-rigid holder, sandwich between stiff cardboard, and pack snugly in a padded box so nothing moves. Include a printed note with your order number (VGS-ORD-######). Keep your courier receipt and tracking number. Insurance for inbound transit is optional and arranged by you with your courier.
